Yes I can! I almost always get my eyeliner from the drugstore.  

  For liquid I have been using Rimmel Exaggerate for years.  It is so easy to use.  Although it might not be listed as being waterproof,  I know it has stayed on my eyelids through all sorts.  Sometimes I use an angled eyeliner brush to blot black eyeshadow over the liner, which makes it last all day without fail and also gives a slightly less harsh look.

  If you prefer using gel, Rimmel does a waterproof gel liner that is supposed to be very good!

  If it’s pencil you want then GOSH Velvet Touch and Barry M Kohl are both absurdly cheap and great value.
